Given the cap raise does not close for a week that seems to be a fairly normal price, keeping the sp below the cr price.
Depends if you believe there is value in what you might be able to do with your funds outside of personal profit and if you ever think RFX might get far enough beyond 20c in the next 2 years so the options become economic to buy.
