Thats right Plough the market cant be relied on for the best outcomes...if we did as you suggest we woild still be running coal and boffins like you would no doubt be still be screaming that wind could only make 5-10% of generation before the grid goes down ...
It was untrue then and is without a doubt now ...
RFX has won its path ...its not a certain future but its hardly wise to predict it on the last quaterly
