A % number for RTE, an improvement on the published number, was given for bench testing during the AGM Q&A in November last year, that was purely stack based, it was a reply to my question about whether or not the work at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology was making a difference.

The other item of interest in that answer was the response time to load, with just the stack. If that response time was at the external terminals on the battery and could be maintained that would be rather more interesting.
