Internal dimensions are smaller, ~33,000L. Space needed for cooling, cabling, manifolding, structure and maintenance. That’s why the Anergia containers are as they are.
Initial prototype is a 2 IBC rig for 1000L of electrolyte (one IBC full, other empty). Only 5 of these units would fit in a 20’ container (500kWh). Doubling it to 1MWh down the track would be a very ambitious aim (double stacked IBCs). Tripling it is a desperate pipe dream doomed to failure.
