You hope they have learnt something from their prior failure at so many levels and can build from their partial successes . It is a watch and see as it is unclear just how much research and testing they have done and there is always production risk with all new products even when they use currently produced "modular" components. The time taken , how it is finally funded and reality of unit cost of energy over lifetime are all factors with so many other possible technologies out there maturing
