Thanks, I contacted both Gelion and BatteryEnergy by email.

Gelion replied within 24 hours with the following comment…"Gelion will start deploying our new technology batteries in the field with key partners in Q4 this year. Gelion anticipate these batteries being available to the broader market in 2023. Gelion’s initial focus will be on Commercial and Industrial but we continue to look at other applications for our batteries."

Anyway, with trials beginning late this year it seems that Gelion is not a lot of use to me, or anyone else for that matter, for the next couple of years.

That said, the simple fact that someone from Gelion engaged with my enquiry shows that they are much better at “communications” with interested parties than Redflow which has been an historic negative for them.
