Me thinks you’re a retail holder who doesn’t understand family office sized investment.

Simon has been avoiding capital raises for years (so reducing % of RFX he owns) … he hasn’t been topping up as the RFX share price has fallen relative to say All Ords and not rebalancing (so he’s allowing his allocation to RFX to reduce) … And, he’s been selling shares for the last 2-3 years (and bigger chunks many years prior with the exception of partial participation in the 2020 cap raise). These are all “reduce” or “moderate sell” strategies and any bump he moves to a “sell”. However, if you read this behaviour as a positive indicator to hold yourself - good luck.
