The last bit he mentioned about Redflow providing monitoring services is pretty interesting. At the moment as a small company I'm sure that Redflow are going over and above for their clients to make sure they are happy with the systems, and so aren't charging for continuous monitoring.

I wonder whether in the future they can offer micro-grid monitoring services as an additional paid option. Might open up another revenue stream.
