enormous” potential has always been there and in the past 12 months all of the elements need have been assembled , reliable product , factory capable of 150 per month ,progress in key market. And with all his Tim tells us of all the team he has around him . The one missing factor is sales its no good have all the tools if you fail to make sales . Adding people should have increased sale , some ware along the line someone forgot the reason they exist is to sell battery's even one at a time will do . From the time the factory was capable of producing we should have seen a stream of small sales coming through the pipe line. A lot less lead time for people to make commitments . Instead we are sitting around waiting for the big sales to come knocking . Even with there team in place they don't appear to have made any real sales in nine month , in fact they probably have given away more battery's to trials than they have made in sales . If the sales team cant sell battery's one at a time they won't sell in bulk . Its time the management team address the lack of sale and forget building the own empire. Twelve month ago we were looking at cash flow positive with all of the added dead weight that's been added this is all most impossible . A management that cant reliably forecast 6 months out doesn't have the skills or experience to run this company. Every time they have made a forecast they have been wrong and most of the forecast still don't have a end date . These people are paid the big bucks because someone believed they had the skills and experiences but sadly even the people making the appointments lacked the vision required . No good building a empire that's built on shareholders cash at some point they have to start selling battery's and that point was twelve month ago . Start at small sales work up to big sales at lest then they would be generating cash flow to support the ever enlarging empire. Redflow cant survive on potential it can only survive on sales.
