redirect virus

I have been plagued by this search engine virus for the last week or so and tried everything to no avail to remove it.

Standard antivirus doesn't even find it.

When doing a search, the links look good till you click on them and end elsewhere.

My latest try is Hitman Pro 3.5 which seems to have fixed the problem and free for 30 days.

Now after 30 days, perhaps they let the virus reappear, or maybe they created the the virus just to charge you for knocking it down.

Don't know, but it is a bugger to get rid of and I have put a lot of time into trying to so with little effect till now.

I have no connection with the product and would appreciate other thoughts from anyone sufferring the same problem.
