I suggest you try a freeware product called WinPatrol. Once you get it installed, run through what is starting up and tell winpatrol to remove it if you do not want it. Most likely it will be a registry entry or something

I also suggest changing browsers if you are using IE. I use chrome and firefox for different functionlity. Firefox for trading. Chrome for browsing (including HC TT etc). I will not use IE under any circumstances
