are you saying because the value of a busines goes up its like a house price going up?

if so the answer is no.

a house is a house it doesnt change.

a busines can grow and inrease its revenue, take a busines we all know Microsoft.. it was a small company, then it sold a OS, then it sold other software.. the more things it sold the higher its income so there for is worth more

but a house is still a house..

so a buiness price graph can go up and up.. a house price graph cant..


the reason bulls like kincilla get confused is because they IGNORE inflation which makes the price tag of everything go up, even though its value is the same
