BB, I would have said the same thing if the spokesperson had not been named. Michael Bradley is going to cop a lot of calls soon if the announcement is not "near" enough. To me, the fact he declined to give more detail on the timeline implies the ann is imminent - otherwise his line would have been "we are in the process of evaluating the applications in detail.... blah blah blah". He wouldnt have said "nearly complete".

Well, that's the way i read the tea leaves anyway. I dont think we could have asked for a better article in the circumstances (short of an actual announcement).
