I have called the company to request when auditors last did accounts, I am told see report of 31Dec2018, a new audit has been done and will be released with this year accs on 27 August.
The loss by shareholders as a result of the short report hopefully can be recovered by
1. Directors if they have made false statements
2. Price Waterhouse for not protecting shareholders
3. From the "short seller" for deformation and damages. If what they have said is not justified.
There is bound to be a shareholder legal action against one if not all of these.
Expect some announcement by Thursday
