The only impact of full moon or new moon is the moonlight. Living in Sydney, even with excellent non-stop nearly half sky in from my window, I hardly pay any attention to the phase of moon simply the city skyline make it almost irrevelant.
If it has something to do with the stockmarket,major market movers must be living far away from big smokes. I know (guess) Volt is living in a majestic seaside Ranch...
