NO it doesn’t- to qualify for an extension to the deadline the company (in this case $TV2) would have to PROVE that they could MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS that the $ASX have set to relisting WITHIN that TIMEFRAME!
As for $TV2 paying annual listing fees - well that won’t prevent the 2 year deadline from kicking in & unless they have someone ready to kick in a whole load of cash (no strings attached) to PROVE solvency & ongoing viability THEN everything else is a MOOT POINT
