Speaking of fabrications ...... will Tv2 advise the market that the deal between it and JayPlus is now at an end. Therefore the $2.1m subrogated amount due to be repaid by JayPlus will not be forthcoming. Is this just another of Tv2's shiny announcements being swept under the carpet ? And how is that "We are now working toward re-listing" going for the board that they announced as part of the legal settlement - obviously not so ell.

So many fabrications announced here by the company, indeed. Perhaps why suspension continues.....
