Tv2u International has entered into a Heads of Agreement (HoA) with Jay Plus AG.

JAY PLUS is a Swiss company created by innovative sports finance company, Ecotonian. Ecotonian expects Jay Plus will become a consortium of its partners to operate into the sports content rights, over-the-top (Ott) delivery and fan experience market.

The binding HoA will see Tv2u as the exclusive technology partner of Jay Plus, providing Tv2u’s Ott delivery technology, products, solutions, services and utilising a new sport-focused Ivan-x solution.
