Rather than expanding the parliament's welfare state, it ought to be repealed; the National Charity (Centrelink) must be abolished: man must live by the labour of his own hands and feed upon his own bread!

Their welfare state is a self-perpetuating monster; it exists only because it exists; if it did not exist, there would be no need for it! If it did not exist, each and every member of the productive class would, by a massive reduction in taxation, be able to fund his own retirement.

Moreover, without the promise of charity, each person would have have no choice but to put his hand to the plow; the time honoured virtue of attaining wealth by honesty, industry, and endeavour would flourish.

And the final result of a person's labour would be realised by that person only; the more he put in, the more he would take out. Simple economic justice and equity!

When a portion of a person's earnings are forcibly taken for the living of another, that person can consider himself to be a slave!

In closing, may I make it clear, that the only class of people with an entitlement to live from the earnings of others, are those that are born disabled from work. Being unable to work, we are duty bound to work for them.

    Think on these things.
