It's incredible....
Superfund & Pension funds have cash to invest and they are holding off???
I am begginning to get pee o'ffed here because I am not a fund manager. If I was I would loading up on shopping malls atm as investments elsewhere look really bad.
How many investments pay stable income year on year and have values that are normally in good times above average?
Shopping mall business has been shown to be lucrative but only for those in for the longer term and who have very little debt equity on those assets.
I will be swapping my super over to property investments very shortly.
If anyone knows a good fund manager that knows this stuff well please advise.
