FACT = this $90m ain't for free and if you step back and look at the bigger picture this is approx the entire market cap raised with RELATIVELY little dilution
what would you have preferred? A takeover

Damn fools selling now, not helped by the day traders havin their dirty paws all over the avb threads hunting for bargains and convincing the weak hands to sell
