Rule 1 of project management = you can have faster, cheaper, and better, as long as you only have 2

In my mind AVB have opted for BETTER (more resources by drilling and in filling) and QUICKER (fast tracking stage 1 and 2), so guess what - they need to PAY in order to get this done

We can moan and groan all we like (and there a lot on HC who are doing just this) - BUT the fact is - NO company or project can have things faster and better without changing the budget (ie a CR in this case)

I still trust Tp and AVB management 100%, and look forwrad to watching the day this company re-rates.
