Thanks for your well considered response. Much appreciated.
In regard to your last paragraph response, I guess it is a valid point. Do you take the good with the bad? Yes probably, as long as there is a clear path to wealth creation along the way. This I am not doubtful of personally. But man oh man, I just keep thinking that the deal was dumb dumb dumb.

But as you say they are focused on the primary goals and this is to be commended.
