An exciting opportunity to lead the marketing activities for a new therapeutic product helping people to lead healthy and active lifestyles. The role encompasses the oversight and execution of all branding and promotional efforts leading to a 2021 product launch and ongoing management of marketing activities thereafter.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Liaising with internal and external resources to develop brand assets in preparation for launch, including (but not limited to) building photo library, packaging design, merchandise, promotional videos, socials and eCommerce site.
• Establish brand style guide to inform tone, feel and positioning for the marketing efforts of the product.
• Implement promotional strategies to achieve strategic objectives.
• Build and leverage a network of influencers, brand ambassadors, media and PR agencies to maintain ongoing brand visibility.
• Work within budget allocations and report on campaign metrics.
• Develop and maintain customer acquisition and retention initiatives for BTL activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant marketing, business or design qualifications.
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Experience in the FMCG industry.
• Previous experience launching new product(s).
• Intimate working knowledge of digital landscape.
• Experience with CRM software and analytics.
• Interest in and understanding of the sport, active and wellbeing markets.
• Works well remotely and under pressure.
