Réduit's Hairpods Launch--And Expect More Innovations for the Next 20 Weeks

High-tech beauty technology brand Réduit has announced that beginning May 22nd, the company will launch a new product every week for 20 weeks -- kicking off with the first two of its Hairpods treatments and the “Réduit One” applicator device.

Réduit was first unveiled at CES earlier this year -- recognized as first company to apply microtechnologies to the beauty space,

The company's magnetic misting' technology is a Hygiene range, the company says, which "supports the need for stringent cleanliness routines during coronavirus pandemic."

The product and package incorporates a revolutionary delivery system that eliminates the need for many secondary ingredients in product formulations -- such as thickeners and emulsifiers.

The luxury Switzerland-based company is led by former Foreo CEO Paul Peros. Peros says, “Each week, we will be revealing more about what Réduit's never-before-seen technologies can do, with a whole range of new products coupled with exciting promotions. We will also be sharing the inspiration behind our innovation, providing an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at exciting new product concepts, and opportunities to engage with the brand over its extended launch period.”

How It Works

The company's proprietary Magnetic Misting technology works with the use of an applicator device, which converts Réduit's specially optimised formulas into a super-fine magnetic mist for enhanced delivery.

With particles 50 times smaller than traditional droplets, the device instantly infuses hair, delivering concentrated treatments that are 38 times more effective than traditional topical solutions, according to the company -- while generating 20 times less waste.

Only 5ml each, a single Réduit's Hairpod delivers the same number of applications as 100-200 ml of traditional products -- significantly reducing plastic waste and carbon footprint.

They are also all fully recyclable through Réduit's Return & Refurbishment program.
