NO C1...After the reconstruction of shares you still hold the same percentage of the company that you held before. However I am sure that the company is going to have another capital raising to provide PP with enough funds to keep manufacturing! This is sort of like the plan B that we discussed when the NS takeover was being planned only this time the funds will be used to Fund PP. If i was offered extra shares in the fund raising at 20-24 cents i will be taking them up. That would be a discount to the last value traded of 30 cents. Would you pay for extra shares at a discount?
