Paul's linkedin account has given some clues about what is happening, with job applications, Paul's post on the pearl river delta, a market and technology hotspot and then we have set up subsidiaries in Dongguan and Hong Kong. also liking some posts on Mabe, where there could be a connection.

then on his interests section he only follows a few companies.

haven't found a connection to these 2 but cosmoproof is  an international show in bologna Italy on the 12-15 march 2020.  The objective of the show is to optimize business opportunities for suppliers and companies, on the one hand, and businesses that work with the finished product, buyers and retailers, on the other. sort of fits into our timelines. as I said all just speculation but worth keeping an eye on.
