I know those are the number of comments. What you may not know is that comments are only possible for verified purchases AND buyers receive redemption points for their purchase if they leave a comment. Hence a great percentage of buyers leave comments. For popular products, this can mean several hundred comments per day and over a million comments over the years.

So, if there have been even a few sales across our products, we would be seeing comments. So the fact that there are zero comments across 28 products over 2 weeks tells me that there are very very few if any sales and suggests that JD buyers are completely unaware of its existence.
