Excellent service, yes, but what is the cost of continually stuffing up orders? My order was stuffed up, I was advised it would be fixed. It wasn't. When I asked what was happening, they apologised, again, and added an extra set of knee pads. But how can you make a profit out of this?

Having followed the successful block vote organised by @BeanCounter last year, I changed my vote this year with his post inferring that PP needed the input of AV.
I won't be making the same mistake next year! I want them gone. If we don't organise an EGM this year over this new development, we should all be voting against the Remuneration Report and for the Spill motion. The spill motion was defeated 51 percent against. We can surely do better with a concerted effort next year.

And my apologies to all for changing my vote, but AV did get back with 75 percent.
