Gents, we could get some very exciting news any day now on the REEs.
I cannot help but notice soild geochemistry results have very high REEs. If they go at depth etc we should get some excellent drill results too later in the year.
I really feel this is a sleeping giant for REE.
Page 7 of the quarterly:
Work undertaken to date has included soil geochemical sampling programs over an area of 8km2 which has resulted in the definition of a very large and robust 3.5km long and up to 1.7km wide +0.5% 2REO (cerium + lanthanum oxide) anomaly which remains open to the west (Figure 6). Subsequent rock chip, trench and pit samples collected within this soil anomaly have returned highly encouraging results of up to 18.91% TREO.

Longonjo REE Prospect
During the quarter a total of 66 rock chip samples and 22 soil pit samples were collected across the project area in conjunction with a 4km2 geological mapping programme. The aim of this work was to improve the geological understanding of the prospect area, generate an interpreted geological map (Figure 7), and to refine the geochemical anomalies to improve targeting for the proposed drill programme. All samples have been submitted for assay with results not expected until February 2012.
Reminds me a lot of a young PEK, but with better soil results. Not sure how long this can fly under the radar.
