A very excellent article, it paints a picture here in Hawaii, hands down a third world state, as half of all US States all be IMO...however I have been unable to open it to read it. Seems there in Oz land more pressure is now being applied to lick the wounds of bad mouthing China recently. But say Hey... I'd be glad to see a working link... China will soon be in control of the Twilight Zone where Professor Wizard lifted off with his hot air balloon in the first color TV and movie film. Note, hot air was the only capture as a rare element in them days.
