Show me the business case for ANY of the companies mentioned, incl ANY realistic indication of a customer base.
Very, very clearly the RE industry is in gross OVERsupply, only China contraining this supply recently is just having an effect on lifting prices from clearly unsustainable levels.
FACT remains, there is more than sufficient RE production capacity to meet likely demand growth balance of this decade with the possible exception of NdPr.
Only liberal dosage of fairy dust, rabid speculation, creates any sort of fantasy mkt for the wannabe's.
Apart from fantasy price speculation not one can identify a credible market.
