    "Dysprosium is an exception despite of increases in prices for most magnetic rare earth elements. Dysprosium prices have not seen any improvement this week, still holding about RMB1,200-1,210/kg($174-175/kg) for 99% dysprosium oxide. Little actual business has been reportedly done and some market players are somewhat anxious about the market outlook due to relatively ample availability and weak demand."

    With price recovery for ALL other magnet RE's apparently well underway DyO still wallows below 2015 price crash levels, despite the Govt taking 1550t into storage H2 2016, virtually 18 months demand.

    And Chinese producers currently operating @ <25% capacity:
    If anyone can make a business case for DyO demand over supply , particularly from 6 patches of hard rock 1400klm out in the Tanami Desert, I'm going long coloured crayons and fairy dust.
