That would be the 14% yoy increase exports for RE from out of China combined with the 15k tonnes LYC exported.
Puts demand at a massive level for ROW at the same time the price is BOOMING!
That's demand my friend, it's called supply chain shock and always happens at the turn of a cycle, will drop back at some point but never back to the lows.
My point about LYC production is that it will stop the ridiculous bubble levels reached last time.
This time it is demand driven but supply constrained, only question is where the prices levels, probably a decent whack lower than now.
Most importantly of all is that Ce and La have had NO outside interference or stockpiling, all gains have been 100% genuine, the lows are in and LYC's future is pretty damn good
