So they take a point that the prices are at a multi year low and sy see how much they are going up. I could take Fall of 2017 ans say how much they have gone down, over 40% that is just as crazy. We have to read all of these articles with a sceptics point of view.
the real question is what is pushing prices up VS what is pushing them down. which factors are more likly to prevail over the short, 3 to 6 months, and long term, up to 2 years. Of course reporters would have to do some real reserch and thinking to write about that and that is very rare.
