I think their elluvial/ alluvial REE deposit would be easily minable and a marketable concentrate could be brought on line very quickly. The extraction process is not new technology and is similar to that used in the mineral sands industry. The economics of the project have not been worked out. They do seem to have a very good working realtionship with the local people which is plus.
There is not much information about the hard rock /source rock part of the deposit. The worldwide shortage of heavy REE is not likely to be resolved quickly IMHO
