    Ngualla is a light rare earth deposit and as such will supply miniscule amounts of heavies

    The article by Jack Lifton really has no relevance for PEK

    Output of terbium, dysprosium, and yttrium oxides would be in the region of <35t

    Hardly enough to satisfy world demand
