Elon Musk stated Tesla may get into the Nevada lithium mining and refining business directly and at scale because the cost of the metal, a key component in manufacturing batteries, have gotten so high. Tesla have already been looking for scale in Nevada by talking with existing brine claim holders and refining leaders such as Schulmberger. RLC appear well positioned in terms of close proximity to the proposed lithium refinery and TESLA’s giga factory. Suggest this is worth following closely.
