2015: Fosterville discovered high grade 'visible' gold at 'depth'. Leading to the discovery of the
Eagle zone and the 'ultra high grade'-Swan Zone.
2016: Kirkland Lake acquired Fosterville and Rex Motton one of Fosterville's founders and key
Geologist for -6- Gold deposits in WA, began to assemble-over the next 3 years, 6 Gold tenements
five [5] in Walhalla and one in Bendigo. For Fosterville-South.
2020: Fosterville South now has 1,386 sq km land package in Victoria and registers on the Toronto
stock exchange with Rex Motton COO ( Chief Operations Officer)
2020: Fosterville South completes their financials-'privately' supported by top instos and mining
Pros. Eric Sprott and Ross Baty -both billionaires- are large holders. They see their acquisition as
"The world's most important district for 'high grade gold'. ( Narrow Veins?-Think again )
2021: Time to grasp the nettle. kaiser now has the A1 ( best there is) and Bendigo projects . And
Fosterville South has " expanded" their holdings in the Walhalla-gold belt.
Of Special Interest:
Fosterville Souths -'Strategic"-Enoch's Point prospect has detected five (5) 'Significant' au-as-sb
epizonal ( good for gold) low pressure/high stress anomalies. Based on these irregularities the
company has been "very active" in expanding their footprint of the land package at Enock's Point,
by filing two ( 2) additional applications totaling 287 km2....wait for it...Adjacent to Kaisers A1 .
Rex Motton: 'The extensive granite "Ring Dyke' circles the Ranges for 23 km and is "mineralized"
for its entire length. This ring dyke includes multiple historic ( shallow) gold mines. The exploration
done so far suggests that- epizonal deposits- may merge into granite dykes-at depth."
Fosterville Souths -Strategic- expansion at Enoch's Point speaks, volumes for Kaisers -upgrading-
expenditure and dedication-especially- as 'visible gold' increases at depth. A major fault/sets/
cuts through both projects and its not hard to imagine both companies working together for the
common good.
Rex Motton: The structural setting of the geology and its association with other successful operating
mines such as Fosterville and Kaisers A1- the limited exploration previously conducted with positive
results, gives a more positive view on these types of structures. (Read that again)
Great wealth in the past came from 'Shallow' shoots. The fame of these shoots spread and caused a
rush like no other in the Walhalla gold belt. Dempsey's and Hunt's gold mines lie to the North on
the same fault/sets/ as Kaisers A1.
Dempsey's mine produced "45 ounces to the ton from one -vertical shoot- Then followed extremely
high grades down to 190 feet ( 63m) . mining it to creek level and stopped. Ony mining what they
saw."
South of Dempsey's was Hunts reef. This mine had the Honor of the deepest mine on the field at 219
feet (79m) Hunts was even richer than Dempsey's. The only figures available are the mine produced
200-300 ounces per fortnight. Dividends were dispersed totaling 60,000 pounds from the top shoot.
At that time miners wages were three pounds per week.
Luckie reef is another vertical shoot in the Walhalla zone. This golden gift produced 207 oz per vertical
meter depth of 122 meters. One of the richest mines per vertical meter in Victoria.
Rex Motton: Being an early mover I was able to pick up 'key pieces of land' throughout Walhalla which
has very high grade deposits. They are not always large. They don't have to be to contain lots of ounces.
When you look at how long it took to find the "Swan Zone" at Fosterville-it takes time in this part of the
world to -get it right.
Cohens reef: 55 Tonnes of gold came from a single 'vertical shoot" at the southern end of the Walhalla
belt. Cohens reef produced 1.5 million ounces at 33.5 g/t. The mine was 1,500 m long/1134 m deep and
pitches "North" at 30 degrees to 400 m in depth.-before- becoming "vertical" and then pitches south at
70 degrees -before-changing direction again to "vertical".
The Walhalla region is Heavily Folded and Faulted. And these rich vertical shoots are associated with
Fluid Escape Zones.
Meaning: the fault at the surface is 'steep' and 'shallow] at depth. There is an inflection point ( bend)
between the two. The Gold at the surface is honoring the inflection point at depth. During volcanic
eruptions /earthquakes the upward pressure is a greater force and the Gold Bearing Fluids will take
the path of least resistance. Hence today's Gold Mines.
The GSV of Victoria, research teams and their collective data has significantly advanced drilling tech.
Especially on "Fractured Dykes". Kaiser and Fosterville South are truly in prime positions to exercise
their 'advanced' talents. Both companies have a tight register. Both companies are "very" confident
that-deeper drilling'- within the Walhalla Gold Belt- open in most directions- will encounter the au-
as-sb Signature. ( Targeting Method)
This signature was influential in enabling Kirkland Lake to make the "First Underground" High Grade
discoveries at Fosterville. [ Who could forget Fosterville's 15m at 1,429 g/t? ]
Drill Diamond-Drill Often-Drill Deep is the catch cry echoing across the Ranges today. -and for good
reason. The Motherload is Awaiting!
Go well,
