Hasn't the situation changed for Lynas during the last couple of weeks?
"Fully funded"
Q: what is the price for fixing construction flaws, waste management, monitoring toxic substances, time delays etc.? It's a blackbox, isn't it?
"shortest timeline"
timeline has definitely extended. Due to the political uncertainties shareholders can't even be sure if Malaysia is the right place to build the LAMP. Is there a plan b?
BTW: I do think it's time for LYC to clarify on the details of the delivery obligations regarding existing contracts.
In any case, these points make a reassessment overdue. Don't put all eggs in one basket, chi. A look at canadian explorers might be a good hedge just in case... I'm long in 5 REE explorers, shorting LYC. Will make a decision on NTU long this week.
