Dividends will definitely be cut, probably looking at 6 cents for the half to June 30th. The analysts have been behind the curve on REF for a while. They will have to significantly bring down their FY10 forecasts (consensus eps of 13.6 cents) given that Spain is coming online and will lose money for the first 12 months.
It will be interesting to see if volumes got the usual seasonal kick that they do in the UK summer.
