Refer Wilto's good research and logic;

So what am i missing here. From todays ann. We here, don't we already have 8 exploration licences in nsw?

"The buffer will not apply to exploration or production licences that have already been approved."

The Buffer excludes a lot of our already 8 granted licences!!
I understand our 8 existing licences cover the best and highest yielding ground.
Isn't this largely good news?
