    "Someone wants to off load some shares, see's buyers at 12c, submits a sell at 12c, bots somehow sneak in to buy at 12.2c"

    I still have trouble understanding how those stupid bot trades for part bid increments go through (or why it is allowed by ASX but I don't think it is like that.

    If there are buy orders @ 12c and someone submits a sell @ 12c then the trade goes through at 12c.
