I think Fullerton cove is not included in the buffer zones...

I think Fullerton cove is not included in the buffer zones announced 1 october.

The risk is the 'stage 2' exclusions.

Stage 2 includes future residential growth areas. Heres the info from the .gov website:

Here is a map showing in red a proposed (not definate yet) future residential growth zone in the fullerton cove area.

We just need to make sure we are outside 2km of this, which I think by in large we are.
