    I think the good news may come sooner,
    Just think why would NHC paid 12 to 13 cents each for 50m shares when they knew that the right issued created another 200m shares or so and they could wait to get cheaper shares.
    So in theory they must have known that something is up!
    I hope this time it's for REAL?
