Just try to get approval to build a marina anywhere in Australia outside a capital city and you'll quickly understand that the current Mabo legislation will stop any new development.
Meanwhile the Aborigines continue to rape and pillage the sea and they have 100% right to kill and do whatever they like even in World Heritage Areas.
You can only blame the complacency of the Australian population to allow this to happen.
Any further powers to an Aboriginal body will be the final nail in the coffin.
Unfortunately most Australians are too stupid to realise whats happening. I don't know where it will stop, but eventually people will stand up to stop the current situation where its impossible to do any marina development in Australia.
