The referendum we need is not this one, it is one to deprive the High Court of original jurisdiction to hear applications for judicial review to consider decisions by the Minister to refuse asylum claims. That's why we're in this mess.
A referendum that would deny illegal immigrants the right to use our legal system to stay here would be guaranteed success.
