If someone read very carefully and in detail whatever the share holders updating info released yesterday, the word of so called"finished" did not mentioned that the deal is dead. You intepret whatever you like, but a word of caution that it did not use the word that the deal is closed. It only points people are working whatever the rescue proposal in final stage and would not and could not comment. Otherwise both parties has to annouce that the deal is withdraw.
