refinancing not going ahead, page-22

oh, dear, oh dear. All this split hear on so called termilogy!

Old saying no news is good news. IFCA has not annouced any thing, it just occur to me that
the original proposal takes time to get all things in place?? If IFCA wants to concel whatever the proposal it would have a clause in the package, or an offical accoucement. I am a simple mere mortal. I love these negative points cause this gives thought for those who
use brain and work things out and buy shares quietly!
