What has Inex got to do with anything? Totally different company, totally different situation.

Unlike CMQ, Inex has had revenues of $15mil per year for at least the last 3 years, and made a profit in 2006

Companies with revenues and profits will always be able to find finance.

CMQ has none of those, and the prospects are looking bleaker by the day.

Again the management are blaming everyone and everything but themselves.

Staff are leaving because there's nothing for them to do, there's nothing for them to do because there's no sales, there are no sales because the product is priced wrong - not because, as management are trying to say, of uncertainty with their corporate situation.

Proof of that comes from the zero sales between their last sale in March 2006 and when the bondholders lodged their redemption notice in October. That's 8 months where there was no such uncertainty, the factory was able to produce, and management really have no other excuse for the lack of sales during this period.
